regardless of market location.

Visa (http://www.visa.com): Visa cards are the world’s most widely used form of “plastic”
payment. There are more than one billion Visa cards in circulation, which are accepted at more than 20 million merchant locations in 150 countries throughout the world. As of December 2004, more than $1.8 trillion in products and services were purchased using Visa cards, and Visa’s worldwide market share, at sixty percent, was greater than that of all other major payment cards combined. Visa operates the Visa, PLUS and Interlink networks.

MasterCard (http://www.mastercard.com): MasterCard is a global payments company with one of the most recognized and respected brands in the world. MasterCard International is a leading global payments solutions company providing a broad variety of innovative services. They manage a full range of payment programs and services. MasterCard operates the MasterCard, Cirrus and Maestro networks.

STAR (http://www.star.com): STAR, a Concord EFS, Inc. company, is a pioneering electronic
payments network and an expert in secure, real-time electronic transactions. STAR processes more than 6 billion transactions a year at nearly 6,200 participating financial institutions and more than one million participating ATMs and retail locations.
