The Roles of our Strategic Partners

Bank Partners

POS business model provides a convenient and cost effective way for our customers
worldwide to have access to numerous prepaid services. We recognize that in order to execute this business model, it is necessary to establish mutually beneficial partnerships with Banks, which help deliver the POS solution in the global marketplace. The role of the POS Bank Partner is described below:.

1. Serve as the card issuing financial institution in the local market.

2. Apply to the appropriate card association for program and BIN approval.

     a. The Bank will collaborate with POS to issue a branded stored value card under the Bank’s BIN.

     b. POS and its local partners will develop an effective marketing, advertising and business development strategy for the local market.

3. Make use of the Bank’s ATM network to facilitate the receipt of funds via normal ATMbased transactions.

Non-Bank Partners

POS is constantly looking for strategic partners in our existing and new markets to assist us in expanding our network, suite of products/services and ability to attract and retain customers.

The roles of our non-bank partners are specific to the relationship we form with them and the business elements they bring. Specifically, POS is looking for partners that can enhance the POS business in the areas of:

a. Marketing and customer acquisition
b. Innovative, robust and scalable prepaid technologies and platforms
